The White Wool Rovings or Tops are to be made up of Merino, Perendale, Border Leicester, Alpaca and a bit of this & that from Tabandy Farm’s rescued, unwanted and pre-loved sheep. The Tops are a unique high quality multi purpose wool suitable for all applications such as spinning, weaving, felting and textile art, with a micron of 18-22.
Tabandy Farm also supports other local small farmers by buying and promoting their wool
Tabandy Farm Store, Gipps Street BEGA will be a mere shadow of its former self for a few days as we head to the Australian Sheep & Wool Show in Bendigo. Sabine and Heidi will be on board to assist in knitting, crochet and they are very entertaining!
Tabitha will be back on board on 21 July.
